Independent quality assessment

The independent quality assessment system (NSOK) is a nationwide mechanism for monitoring cultural institutions. It evaluates five criteria: openness and availability of information, comfort of conditions, staff friendliness, satisfaction with service quality, and accessibility for people with disabilities.
